The Getac Self Maintainer program allows you to order up to two spare parts from Getac for every tablet or notebook free of charge within the warranty period. So that you don't have to send in the whole device in the event of minor damage that can be easily repaired yourself and so that downtime can be avoided, Getac has created the option of ordering small repair or spare parts free of charge. These can be flaps and pens, for example, but also power supplies or protective films. The spare parts can be ordered directly online by specifying the serial number.
