Through the Getac Self Maintainer program, you can order up to two spare parts from Getac free of charge within the warranty period for each tablet or notebook.
To avoid having to send in the entire device for minor damage that can be easily repaired yourself, and thus prevent downtime, Getac has created the option to order small repair or replacement parts free of charge.
These can include, for example, flaps and pins, but also power supplies or protective films. Spare parts can be ordered directly online from the Getac Service Portal by providing the serial number.

Getac ships all new devices with a pre-installed screen protector . This protector not only safeguards the display but also provides an anti-glare function.

All Getac tablets have a capacitive touchscreen. However, due to its design, this tends to malfunction in the rain and trigger incorrect inputs.
The Getac tablets with digitizer and digital stylus function perfectly even in the rain if you additionally deactivate the touchscreen (e.g., by assigning the function to one of the side buttons via G-Manager). This prevents both raindrops and the palm of your hand from triggering unwanted inputs.
