Should your Getac tablet or notebook develop a defect during the warranty period, you can arrange a free collection anywhere in Europe. To do this, simply create an RMA online directly with Getac, providing the serial number and your collection address. A few days later, you can pick up the repaired device at the collection point or another address of your choosing.
