Should your Getac tablet or notebook develop a defect during the warranty period, you can arrange for free pickup anywhere in Europe. Simply create an RMA online directly with Getac, providing the serial number, and specify the pickup address. A few days later, you can pick up the repaired device at the pickup location or another address you specify.
